RICHARD H. FULTON COMPLEX PARKING GARAGE

Design-Build

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE
This project effectively delivered an employee parking structure that blends aesthetically with adjacent structures. The garage is a 255,000-SF, Design/Build, five-level employee parking structure with 699 parking spaces, an area for bicycle and motorcycle parking. As part of the Metropolitan Government’s ‘green initiative’, this garage is the first in Nashville to contain two electric vehicle charging stations. The garage also has two elevators, three stair towers, steel wire mesh grilles in cast openings, and galvanized steel stair. The exterior façade is brick cast into the precast concrete wall panels with a two-tone scheme to blend with other nearby campus buildings.
