Hardaway Construction’s story began in 1924, when 18-year-old L. Hall Hardaway Sr. founded a home-building company with a vision for quality and craftsmanship. By 1950, the growing firm expanded into commercial construction, building businesses, schools, churches, and more across the region. For the following decades, the company would continue to pass down through two more generations of the Hardaway family while staying true to its founding values.

In 2018, seasoned construction executive David Frazier purchased Hardaway Construction and currently serves as its CEO. Frazier leads Hardaway as it embarks on an era that builds off the firm’s successful past while ensuring the company is prepared to maximize opportunities in this ever-changing and dynamic market. 

A century after its launch, Hardaway Construction remains one of the oldest and most respected construction firms in the Southeast.
