Endeavor Real Estate Group has contracted with Hardaway Construction to build 264 new apartment units in Spring Hill, TN. The Spring Hill area has been one of the fastest growing areas in Tennessee for the better part of two decades, so Endeavor Real Estate Group is filling a major need for this market. The project broke ground in mid-January 2022 and is scheduled for final completion by the end of October 2023. The project consists of a Clubhouse, a unique swimming pool, 11 apartment buildings consisting of a total of 264 units, multiple carports, a playground, and many other wonderful amenities. The structure of the building will consist of post-tension concrete slabs on grade, wood framing with wood trusses, plywood sheathing, and asphalt shingles. The Clubhouse will feature storefront systems on the building exterior while all buildings will feature siding with no masonry requirements. The interior finishes will consist of painted gypsum board walls, vinyl plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms, tile backsplashes in the kitchens, shaker style cabinets and quartz countertops.
