The overall Nashville Warehouse Company project consists of the development of a 5.2 acre lot at the corner of 4th Avenue South and Chestnut Street in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville. The residential tower, branded Memoir Wedgewood Houston, consists of a new 227,000 SF, 10-Story residential post-tensioned concrete structure with 275 residential units. Memoir Wedgewood Houston provides studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with unique touches, including antique brass hardware, custom tile, and the choice of Ivory or Navy interior finishes. Each apartment features exposed concrete ceilings and industrial-inspired, operable awning windows. These interior details and the factory-style brick facade are an homage to Wedgewood Houston’s history as a bustling industrial hub. Amenities include a pickleball court, fenced-in dog park, 24/7 fitness studio, and in-ground pool with an expansive pool deck and cabanas.
