Hardaway constructed a new two-story, 34,000-SF, Class A corporate headquarters facility for the Tennessee Baptist Convention. The project features a mixture of private and collaborative work spaces, plus extensive amenity spaces (including a cafeteria, an executive conference room for up to 96 occupants, two large lobbies/assembly areas, and more). The structure comprises structural steel and bar joists covered with stone, brick, and stucco, along with storefront detailing to meet strict specifications imposed by the city and developers.
