The parking structure is a seven-level, 303,500-SF facility providing space for 836 vehicles. The garage features a post-tensioned concrete frame with an exterior of precast brick panels. It was built on a steeply sloping site, which required Hardaway to excavate 70 feet of mostly rock subsurface. The garage connects directly to the Curb Event Center, part of a $47 million entertainment and recreational campus built by Hardaway. Hardaway delivered the garage in just 12 months to help ease the university’s pressing need for additional parking options.
