Andrews Transportation Group hired Hardaway Construction for the expansion of their Jaguar Land Rover Nashville service and parts departments. The expansion came as the dealership reported a 200% unit sales increase. The additional 8,362 square feet added to the building accommodates 16 new service bays and a state-of-the-art car wash. A parking deck was also built along Old Hickory Boulevard to add 100 additional parking spaces for the inventory of vehicles for sale. “We’ve been one of the 50 fastest growing businesses in Middle Tennessee for years now, and we can use more capacity,” owner Nelson Andrews said. “We considered moving or adding another location but love it here in Brentwood so much that we decided to maximize this location instead.” “In under 10 years, staff has grown from under 100 to over 130 at present,” Andrews said. “While the expansion does not require additional staff, it gives them an opportunity to add to our team as we grow.”
