Administrative Area Vine Hill Community Clinic

The Vine Hill Community Clinic operated on the Second Floor of the existing facility and outgrew its space. Hardaway Construction Corp. constructed a two-story addition and renovated the interior of the existing structure. The new construction added five new exam rooms, new labs, new nurse's station, two new treatment rooms, new conference room, new breakroom and several new offices.

It is a wood framed structure, including wood roof trusses with asphalt shingle roof on a plywood deck. The interior walls are wood stud framing with brick veneer and cementitious siding. The interior partitions are of wood stud framing with drywall and the interior finishes are painted drywall with acoustical tile ceilings. Flooring consists of VCT and carpet.

The clinic is operated under the guidance of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing.
