HARDAWAY offers both Agency CM and CM-at-Risk services. As the complexity of a project increases, so do the variables and degree of risk that must be negotiated by owner and contractor alike. For the owner, the experience, qualifications and early involvement of a contractor become critical predictors of success. Negotiating all the variables and their relative costs is preferable to price in a CM-at-Risk project. CM Agency differs from CM-at-Risk in that the CM acts as the owner's agent managing the client's interests and the construction process as an extension of the owner's key staff and the subcontractors and suppliers contract directly with the Owner.
