Exterior Sam Levy Homes - HOPE VI

Sam Levy Homes is a MDHA public housing, HOPE VI, project consisting of the complete replacement of the existing facilities, including demolition of the original buildings and infrastructure. The new development is a subdivision approach to public housing, consisting of 226 units of single family homes and duplexes. The two-story townhouse designed units have slab-on-grade foundations to support wood framing with brick and colorful Hardy Plank siding.
