The project features steel and wood-framed structure with approximately 40,000 SF (across four floors) of office, retail, and restaurant space, plus a two-level, 23,400-SF parking structure. Construction began with the demolition of an existing Fluffo Mattress warehouse building to make space for a new addition. Site improvements include new landscaping and irrigation, new surface parking, storm drainage with pervious containment system, new sidewalks, and brick patios at main level retail spaces.
