The Reservoir is located in the Edgehill neighborhood of Nashville on the North side of the historic 8th Ave Reservoir & Reservoir Park. Residents will have easy access to Fort Negley, Rose Park, 12 South, 8th Ave, Midtown and more while enjoying views of the Downtown Nashville skyline. This wrap-style project will feature two construction zones. Zone 3 will be home to 163 units and a resident lounge, club room, fitness room and courtyard. Zone 4 will host 258 units, the main leasing office, a fitness room and a rooftop amenity deck. In addition, each zone will have its own in-ground pool and parking garage.
