Parthenon Towers Apartment Building Renovation & Restoration Exterior

HARDAWAY's successful relationship with the Nashville Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency continued as the low bidder for the renovation of the Parthenon Towers Apartment Building Renovations. Parthenon Towers is a high rise housing facility for the elderly and disabled that was originally constructed in 1969. Interior renovation of this 149,139 SF, 15-story, 295 unit housing facility consisted of asbestos abatement, new floor covering, HVAC and electrical upgrades, new cabinets, and appliances. Renovation to the common areas consisted of painting, elevator improvements, new air and heating systems, and new cabinets and fixtures. Exterior renovation involved cleaning brick and precast, replacing and caulking mortar joints as needed, and installing new parapet flashing at the low roof.
