This project consists of two individual three-story cast-in-place concrete parking garages with architectural precast concrete spandrel panels. Garage #1 has a total of 147 parking spaces contained in 22,653 square feet of space. Garage #2 has 169 parking spaces in 24,285 square feet.

This project also included a 1,485 square foot Guard House with brick veneer exterior, standing seam metal roof, and ballistic resistant windows.

Exterior work included relocation of site utilities and site security upgrades, including vehicle barriers, and new perimeter fencing. Conduit was installed for Owner furnished cameras and other security equipment.
