A two-story addition of 24,346 square feet to the north end of the existing MTSU Cason Kennedy Nursing Building. Consists of three master classrooms, two seminar rooms, and a twenty bay clinical lab. The project also included parking renovations, site improvements, and landscaping.

Temporary partitions had to be maintained between the ongoing student activities in the existing building and the new addition. Walls were required to be airtight to maintain the existing heated spaces.

The exterior façade consists of brick and architectural precast panels. A very extensive process was undertaken to match the existing brick as closely as possible. The existing and new sprinkler piping were treated for MIC corrosion.
