Sanctuary Maury Hills Church of Christ

A new worship facility that seats 386 and a classroom building. The structure is concrete slab-on-grade with a pre-engineered building frame and a 3 feet high stone wainscot at lower portion of exterior with Hardy Plank siding above. Roofing is standing seam. Interior walls are drywall and metal studs, acoustical ceilings, carpet, and vinyl tile floors.

This is phase one of three phases. The second phase will be additional educational and administrative spaces. The third phase will be a gymnasium / fellowship hall with a kitchen.

This project was Design-Build which allowed the design to fit the extremely tight budget.

The Owner had done most of the site work and utilities before Hardaway became involved in the project. The building had to be redesigned to meet the budget and work with the existing site.
