Grace Manor Assisted Living Facility Exterior

HARDAWAY Construction was awarded the new 21,268 SF Grace Manor Assisted Living Facility in Nashville, TN which consists of 42 assisted living units complete with an administration area, nurses station, bistro, library, social room, beauty parlor, conference/private dining, laundry rooms, a large commercial kitchen and community dining area. The exterior of the facility consists of a gazebo area and a drive thru canopy at the entrance.

The facility is a wood structure with wood frame walls with the exception of the three masonry firewalls designed to allow structural independence for each of the three areas of the building. The exterior design consists of a brick veneer and vinyl siding while the interior is partitioned by painted drywall with both acoustical and drywall ceilings. Typical interior finishes include carpet, VCT, sheet vinyl and ceramic tile flooring.
