Classroom Goodwill Retail Store

This is the new prototypical outlet store for Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. located at 1008 Nasdaq Street, Spring Hill, Tennessee on a 2.5 acre site. The store contains 23,794 square feet of fully sprinkled space, with well lighted retail sales area, offices, conference center, dressing rooms and large shop area.

A convenient drop-off dock is provided for contributions. In addition there are three loading docks and an enclosed compactor pad with a screened wall. The site is tastefully landscaped and has a full green area sprinkler system. There are 78 parking spaces with easy access to the main entrance.

The basic structural framing system is load-bearing concrete block walls with face brick veneer and EIFS trim. The roof structure is composed of steel bar joists with metal deck and EPDM roof system. Interior partitions are metal studs and drywall.
