Exterior Goodwill Drop-off Center

The Drop-off Center for Goodwill Industries consisted of exterior demoltion of an existing car wash and considerable site concrete paving. Renovation of the existing building started by adding a 40' x 16' dock, complete demolition of interior finishes and accessories, then cutting and shaving block walls for two new 24' overhead doors. Installation of new windows, dock doors, new dock concrete block walls, and new concrete dock ramp with two block retaining walls followed.

The project also included new HVAC and electrical design for the building, along with new entrance ramp and city sidewalk at the street.
