A two-story structure that incorporates 25 elderly living apartment units. This is a wood framed structure with a residential shingle roof. The exterior has a combination of brick and wood siding.

Hardaway worked with the Owner for over two years budgeting several design versions for this project in an effort to receive adequate funding from HUD which allowed the Owner to proceed with construction in May, 2005. This is the third project Hardaway has worked on with the Owner of this project.
