Bedroom Eastside Hotel at Beersheba Springs

A new twenty-two unit, 8,130 SF, two-story wood framed apartment building located on the Beersheba Springs Methodist Camp grounds. Each apartment unit has a fully furnished bathroom with vinyl flooring, tub / shower unit, and vanities. Carpeting is a feature throughout the rest of the unit, along with easy-clean windows. Chimney’s were built using brick from the 150 year old building that was demolished to make room for the Eastside hotel. The use of these bricks has maintained the history of Beersheba Springs Camp. The exterior of the building is stone on the lower level and fiber cement siding on the second floor level with a metal roof. The 200 foot long second floor porch overlooks the beautiful forest of Grundy County.
