This new two-story office building is the first of a two-phase development, located at Country Club Drive and Johnny Cash Parkway in Hendersonville, Tennessee. It contains 31,100 gross square feet of lease space and is surrounded on all four sides by a total of 125 parking spaces, giving the tenants easy access to their offices.

The construction is steel frame, metal studs with drywall, and brick veneer with inserts of precast stone. The HVAC system is hidden from view on the roof top surrounded by a pitched roof of wood framing, plywood decking, and composition shingles. The roof system at the HVAC units is EPDM sloped at ¼” in 12’, with interior roof drains.
