Interior Chapman's Retreat Elementary School

The Williamson County School Board selected Hardaway to deliver this 86,000 SF structure built on a 20 acre site. The facility has a core capacity of 800 students in grades K to 8. The two level structure features 42 classrooms, computer labs, a library, cafeteria, kitchen, and gymnasium with a stage. Building features include a red and beige brick exterior and metal roof. Recreational venues include two playgrounds and a playfield with athletic facilities. Additional features include a bike path and pedestrian bridge. Hardaway completed the project which required extensive sitework in thirteen months to accommodate the school’s opening for the new academic year.
