Covered Entry Brenthaven Cumberland Presbyterian Church

The general scope of work included wrapping the new construction around three sides of the existing facilities and renovations to the interior of the existing buildings.

The new construction consisted of a new Worship Center, Welcome Center, Choir Rehearsal, Full Service Kitchen, Offices, Classrooms, Drama Area, Library, ADA Restrooms, Covered Drive-thru and an enlarged Parking Area.

The renovations consisted of changing the existing Sanctuary into a Fellowship Hall, including a stage area, renovation and enlargement of the restrooms, and converting the existing Fellowship Room into additional Classrooms.

The new Worship Center has a sloped floor with fixed seating for 259 and Choir seating for 30 and is equipped with modern sound, video and lighting systems, including two image projection systems. The Educational Wing has ten new classrooms including rooms for Computer, Video and Drama, a Teacher Workroom and two storage rooms.

HISTORY :The Brentwood Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the Brookhaven Cumberland Presbyterian Church merged to form the Brenthaven Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The church sold the Brookhaven location and kept the Brentwood location, which necessitated additions and renovations to the existing building to meet the combined new church's needs.
