Bluegrass Commons I & II Office Buildings |
The 5.3 acre site was purchased in the east, Bluegrass area, of the fast growing City of Hendersonville in Sumner County, Tennessee. The 50,000 square foot, phase one, was so successful that phase two, a twin to phase one, was begun soon after phase one was occupied. The completed facility provides a park like atmosphere between the two three-story buildings. The structure features a steel frame with a brick and glass exterior, with precast concrete highlights.<<
