This stand-alone 65,847 square foot educational facility is on the campus of Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee. The exterior walls are constructed of concrete block with brick veneer and tasteful inserts of limestone, all to blend in with the existing buildings on campus. The building consists of a partial basement, first and second floors, and a one-story separate auditorium which seats 285 people.

In addition, the facility includes a rotunda / waiting area, offices, conference rooms, faculty lounge, classrooms, large and medium lecture rooms, seminar rooms, group meeting / study rooms, computer labs, critical care lab, women’s health / pediatrics lab, nursing lab, exam rooms, triage room, trauma room, patient rooms, pharmacy, and workrooms.
