Richard H. Fulton Complex Parking Garage |
A 255,000 SF, 5-level employee parking garage located on the Richard H. Fulton Complex campus. The garage has 699 parking spaces and an area dedicated to bike and motorcycle parking. As part of Metropolitan Government's "green initiative", Richard H. Fulton Complex Parking Garage is the first in Nashville to contain two electric vehicle charging stations.
This project is in conjunction with infrastructure upgrades and other renovations on campus. The parking garage has two elevators, three stair towers, steel wire mesh grilled in cast openings, and galvanized steel stairs.
The exterior facade is brick cast into the precast concrete wall panels with a two-tone scheme to blend with other nearby campus buildings.
