A five-story hotel containing 111 guest rooms with meeting rooms, buffet restaurant, and bar. Additional amenities include an indoor pool and spa, exercise room, and business center.
The construction consists of load bearing masonry walls and hollow-core precast concrete planks. The roof covering is standing seam metal supported by wood trusses and plywood. The building’s exterior skin is EIFS and the interior finishes include gypsum board walls and ceilings covered with paint and vinyl wall covering. The floors are mostly carpeted except for the lobby area, which is covered with decorative ceramic tile pavers.
