A new 12 unit, 13,774 SF split level apartment building (complete replacement from fire damage).

The construction is all new from the ground up. The Design is a 1970's style with mansard roof covering the upper floor. The building was constructed with three / two split, which means you have a three story building on the back side and two story on the front side. Construction is concrete slab-on-grade at the basement and crawl space on the first floor of the front side. The remaining building is wood frame construction with brick exterior skin. Interior finishes are painted drywall walls and ceilings with combinations of carpet, sheet vinyl flooring, and wood flooring.

The basement has Four 1-bedroom units, the first and second floors have 2-bedroom units (four at the first floor and four at the second floor) totaling 12 units.
