A new 2-story, 38,000 SF facility complete with a meeting room, small kitchen, a monumental stair case from the second floor to the first floor, and a children’s story-time area. A wing on the ground floor will be devoted to children and their activities.
Interior finishes consist of acoustical ceilings, drywall, painted walls, and plastic laminate. A variety of floor coverings in different areas of the facility include wood floors, carpet, tile, and a slate covering for the entrance foyer. The exterior façade consists of aluminum storefront glass, face brick veneer, and hardi-plank siding.
This project was delivered design-build in which Hardaway teamed with Everton Oglesby Architects to lead the design efforts of the project.
